Hmmm..
I feel unwanted by my own company.
Even thou im a part timer,
I consider myself as a full time - part timer.
Know why?
I work the same hours as a full time, job scope is the same as a full time,
just tat my pay is slightly higher than normal full timers.
I work 9 to 5 / 1 to 9. same as those full timers,
But the recent product briefing list,
my name wasnt included.
But the other part timers were included.
It is not a matter of whether, im dying to go to all these product briefing or not,
As a matter of fact, i find these "meetings",
are purely a waste of my time. really.
But i feel rather "invisble" to my boss.
No matter, how much sales i have got, or how many Japan/Korea grps,
Im still a part timer.
Bosses are hard to pleaseMaybe i shld resign. :/

Watched High School Musical 2 last nite on Ipod.
I still prefer High School Musical 1.
Its always like that, the original one is always better than the new one.

Customers who are rude and cut Q.Im serving someone, you cut in, i will glare at u.
Are u blind that you cant see im engage in a conversation with someone eles.
And it is v.rude of you to cut in.

Customers who ask stupid question.*Refer to previous post.
Ask stupid questions like, can i bring my pots and pans to Genting and cook my own meal.
You want to die inside Genting oso none of business yah.
Stupid questions like, can i take a coach to BALI?
Yah, You wan row a sampan to BALI also can.

Customers who call us up just to chat with usPls go call some helpline.

Rude customers cum i-pay-alot-and-expect-gd-service attitude + Know-it-All Customers.You nv hear b4 good service begins from you meh?
You are rude you expect us to be nice to you?
Worst still, when u r rude, and u act like a know-it-all attitude.
If you know everything, y still come to us?

Customers who ask the prices for nxt year Christmas departure.HELLO! you need to be so super kiasu mah.
Nxt year CNY is not even insight loh.
Nvm leh, when we say the price is not available, you ask for the current price.
It's a simply waste of my time yah? And nxt yr you come,
is either im not working here anymore,
or either you wont come back to my company anymore.
Go waste someone eles's time.

Customers who wants us to jump thru fire hoop for a miserable SGD100+ sales.HELLO! It's not like we earn thousands out of you.
You tml departure, you want us to call the hotel, confirm for you the ferry transporation.
Er. I can see my australia sales running away from me.

I only earn peanuts ok.

Customers who ask us each and every package we have and book nothing.I think by the time you finish asking, you can have my job.8. Customers who think that they used to book from us alot and expect discount.I give discount without permission, im going to get scoldings.Are you going to get scolded for me? Are you going to face my boss for me?

Customers who complain alot on small tiny stuff.You complain so much that i begin to think that nth satisfiy you anymore.

Customers who expect you to answer on the spot, and if you dont, that means you are new and you dont know anything.Like hello~
Even computers have times where they hang on us, and server down. Takes more than 5 mins to show the things i require mah.
And when we answer you on the spot, you will doubt our answer.

Customers who sit in front of me and chat non-stop(not related to any tours) or act lovey dovey in front of yours trulyM i invisible to you? You tok non-stop you block my way. you know!
